Johan Ismail , a popular figure and a fellow blogger at Project Petaling Street has just passed away peacefully early this morning.

I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Joe’s family.

According to Jeff Ooi’s Screenshots, Joe’s blogs and website have been taken offline by Dinesh and Joe’s friends as a mark of respect.

I didn’t have a chance to meet this great guy, although I’ve been an avid follower of his blog, especially all the spills on Mediface and others…

mat’s comment in Jeff’s blog posting said that “it’s confirmed. he came home before midnite, vomitted blood, sent to damansara specialist and died there soon after. post-mortem due this morning. burial after asar prayer either at kiara or kg tunku. al-fatihah…” - so that’s all we know for now, there’s no further news about the cause of death.
