Oh yeah, if you need translation from English to Pig Latin, here’s the pointer below:
With words beginning with vowels (a,e,i,o,u), simply add ‘way’ to the end of the word. Thus:
‘I’ becomes ‘Iway’
‘eat’ becomes ‘eatway’
‘every’ becomes ‘everyway’
With all other words (i.e. those beginning with consonants), take all the consonants up to the first vowel (or ‘y’)and move them to the end of the word and add ‘ay’. Note that ‘qu’ is classed as a consonant. Thus:
‘cat’ becomes ‘atcay’
‘cathy’ becomes ‘athycay’
’symptom’ becomes ‘ymptomsay’ (note the ‘y’ is a vowel here)
‘quick’ becomes ‘ickquay’ (note the ‘qu’ is classed as a consonant)
To translate the above blogpost into English, just reverse the process… aren’t you glad you learnt a new language today?

btw, I thought the words with vowels just have -ay attached…
i.e. any = any-ay
??

Nope… the real translation method is listed at the end of this blog post.
Be patient, when I get back to civilization, I’ll whip up a page that can do translation on-the-fly
