My first WP plugin contribution - WP-Upload Manager
Finally I’m releasing a WordPress plugin - the WP-Upload Manager. This is the 3rd plugin I’ve developed, with the first 2 plugins still not ready for primetime
It’s a plugin to allow you to manage your files uploaded with WordPress’ Upload feature (that lacked features). Development of this plugin was inspired by tsewei as she ranted on and on about how WP lacked this feature
Details of the WP-Upload Manager plugin can be found here.
Additionally, all my developed plugins will be available thru this page.
Enjoy

hi
With a few tweaks this plugin will be great.
I would like to see it output the html code to cut and paste.
Being a php person, I was looking if I could hack it quickly to add this feature. But alas, since WP does not save the files’ description anywhere, it makes things difficult. Well unless you’re happy without the title tag, then its rather easy. It seems the only viable option is to add a db table to log file uploads. I would imagine this would make installing the plugin tricky for people. Maybe not. I’m sure you have thought of all this.
Again, good job!
