Okay that’s it, gonna go buy myself dinner and then glue my eyes to the TV set for tonight’s FAcup (try reading it really fast ) final between ARSEnal and Soton. Hope Gordon Strachan’s side can thrash up ARSEnal kaw-kaw so that the arrogant ARSEnal can’t get no silverware this year! (tho last week ARSE thrashed Soton kaw-kaw with 6-1 scoreline)

hehehehe!

Just came back from seafood dinner with my family in Telok Gong, Klang… it’s kinda an early celebration for my birthday, that’s coming up this Tuesday

Nice and cheap food there, next time anyone wanna know where, I’ll take you there (providing my meals are free lar )

So I finally got my lazy @$$ up to get my window curtain fixed for my room in Nilai….

Managed to borrow a Bosch electric drill from a neighbour who’s very hardworking in washing his black Kia Spectra every weekday morning… a handy man like him would definitely have a power tool I’d thought…. so I was right

Unfortunately, didn’t managed to borrow a ladder from any neighbours coz the only one who has it was out yesterday… today evening, got over to the chinese neighbour (most people in my area is Malay) and asked her to lend me her ladder… she was surprised that I knew she’s got a ladder… LOL!

With the help of my housemate, Kheng, I managed to put up the metal rail and then hung the nice set of curtains that I bought back during pre-Chinese New Year sale, that’s helluva long ago huh?

The neighbours here are all very nice… there’s even this ah pek who would chat with me everytime I walk by his place in the evenings… he’d yak away but I don’t understand most stuff that he said… coz he speaks in Hakka… lol

Ahh, how to find such nice neighbours in the urban cities ah?

So I finished watching Band of Brothers DVD set that I bought… all 10 episodes of them and then the making of the show in the last DVD disc…

I’m totally awed by the story, touched by the guts and sacrifices Easy Company made during the war… but then again, of coz, Americans like to exaggerate their heroes and stuff…

But nevertheless, it’s a really nice show, all 10 episodes of it… nice production and good attempt at remaking the scenes especially in Bastogne…

I’d recommend it to anyone who’s a war movie buff…

Oh well, some of you might have noticed that I haven’t been blogging as often as I had… for those who didn’t notice… WTF have you been?!!!

Well.. okaylar… my life’s a bit (actually a lot) on the boring side… so nothing much to blog about really…

Late Saturday nite though, my ex-gf called me from Seoul, and we yakked for almost 2 hours. She’s gone back to Korea now for good after studying in Aussie for a while… paul would know who I’m talking about

Anyway, that’s pretty much about it really… looking forward towards the long weekend coming up *Oh yeah, and it’s only Monday now and I’m dreaming towards the holidays… way to go!

Had my Java class today… so we were in class, students writing down snippets of coding from the whiteboard and one of them brought a laptop to type it all in and compile on the run… summore managed to point out certain mistakes by the lecturer (as it did not compile successfully)..

I myself was typing in the codes to my iPAQ using the Stowaway Portable Keyboard and then compiling it with the IDE I downloaded this morning…

After about 1 hour, that student’s laptop battery juice died out but my iPAQ can still go on for hours! Ahh.. the power of PDAs

Well, woke up early this morning to wash my clothes, and blardy hell… it was raining the whole night thru and still dark skies all around even at 10am now!

Now I’m in the computer lab doing Java programming and it’s all basic stuff once again… I think during my project, I should get Paul to help me out since he thinks about Java day and night.

As for my car, after this class I’ll be leaving for KL… gotta send my car to the workshop (got some weird creaks and sounds when the steering wheel is turned) and patch up the car roof too… haih… gonna drive my mom’s Wira for the time being I guess…

Really looking forward to next week’s long weekend… not sure what I’ll be doing yet but hope it’s not as bored as now…
And this weekend I’m going up to Bkt Tinggi for PAINTBALL! Woohoo!

Man Utd is now the English Premier League 2002/2003 Champions!

Leeds United just thrashed ARSEnal 3-2 at Highbury, thus eliminating ARSEnal’s chance of a double EPL champion!

WOOOHOO!!!! At least this victory will help soften the dissapointment early when both McLaren drivers were very unlucky…

Yeah, it’s another sports-filled weekend and a sports-filled blog posting…

Man Utd thrased Charlton Athletics 4-1 at home and now Man Utd’s got one hand on the EPL trophy… let’s see if ARSEnal’s gonna hand Man Utd the league title today by losing or drawing with Leeds United…. we shall see…

As for F1, it was another dismal qualifying by the McLaren team, oh well, I’m just hoping that both DC and Kimi can bounce back and retain their lead…

As for Ferrari’s new car appearance, the F2003-GA doesn’t quite look that much faster than the older F2002. Furthermore, from what I noticed, it’s not as smooth as the package F2002 always had. I can smell that reliability might just be an issue with the new car… anyway, we shall see during tonight’s race… it’s gonna be Pizza & F1… my fave combination!

Yesterday had bak kut teh for lunch with my parents and then went shopping for a mobile phone for my sister’s birthday. Got an offer on the phone she needed (Nokia 2100) and now she’s a happy camper!

I just woke up now and about to get ready to meet my parents for chicken rice in Paramount, PJ… it’s helluva nice food, I tell ya!

And later of coz there’s Man Utd vs Charlton and also Spanish F1 GP Qualifying 2 in between… let’s just hope that Man Utd will secure the Premier League while McLaren will bounce back from their dismal performance on Q1 yesterday…
