My blog is back up - v2.5.0
by auyongtc
Ahh, finally…
After much torturing myself in front of the PC to migrate the entire blog from cafelog’s b2 to MT, the site is back up again…
Really sorry for those who went thru withdrawal symptoms as my site was unavailable for the most part of this week…. the data migration was easy, peasy, japanese-y… but the conversion of my site’s layout to MT’s system was rather tricky… I had to always RTFM to make sure all the grounds are covered…
Should you notice any bugs in the new layout, do let me know… thanks

Williams 1-2 for tomorrow’s French GP race
by auyongtc
Ralf Schumacher is back on pole position again to start off tomorrow’s race at the revised Magny-Cours circuit. Joining him on the front grid is his teammate, JP Montoya (casually referred to in this blog as Monty).
Has Williams finally realized the powers of the FW25 car? Are their cars finally improved to suit the use of Michelin tyres? Only time will tell…
1. Ralf 2. Monty
3. Schumi 4. Kimi
5. DC 6. Trulli
7. Alonso 8. Rubeno
9. Webber 10. Panis
In another totally unrelated sport across the English Channel at Wimbledon, the Williams sisters dominated the Wimbledon Open women’s single finals yet again with Serena beating her 1/2 fit younger sister Venus 4-6, 6-4, 6-2.
Williams domination eh? You bet!

A Minardi 1-2?
by auyongtc
:D That’s right… Friday qualifying @ the French GP ended up with Jos the Boss Verstappen topping the timesheet with rookie Justin Wilson second…
Surprised? Well, not actually surprising, since the drying wet track is the culprit really… the top runners came out first (according to the World Champ. standing mar) on a relatively wet track and in the end the 2 Minardi’s managed to put in racing slicks and sped off along the drying racing line on the track…
Big smile (like this one
) on Paul Stoddart’s face… now who says Minardi can’t be top on qualifying?

Ordering pizza…
by auyongtc
Just found out that we can all order Domino’s Pizza online at Domino’s Pizza website
All I had to do is just register myself and then can make order online - quite a good system… even can customize and save my regular orders so that no need the fuss of repeating the steps… cool..
2 minutes after I clicked Submit Order, I got a call from Domino’s confirming my order.. nice on their part, at least I don’t have to wait until 30 mins and find out that my order didn’t go thru or something due to internet problems
Now… let’s see if the pizza arrives within 30 mins time or I’ll get another voucher for regular pizza…

Bickering, lawsuit and delay
by auyongtc
F1 Pit Buzz… My first attempt at writing a weekly column about anything and everything related to the Formula 1 scene. Shall keep this column as unbiased as I can. Post-race bickering among drivers (and team bosses), lawsuits and the possible delay of McLaren’s MP4-18 is featured in this week’s installment.

Skipped class again…
by auyongtc
Sigh,
Didn’t feel like going to Maths class again, think I’m gonna either do badly for maths this sem or just barely pass…
Anyway, planning to go take some nightshots with my camera tonight, since my housemate’s got a tripod I can use… definitely need some steady hands and a tripod will definitely helps… tho there’s not much scenery around Nilai to shoot about…

My weekly column on Formula 1
by auyongtc
It’s been raining the whole evening… sigh, there goes my plans to go capture some nightshots with my new camera, oh well
With the French Formula 1 Grand Prix coming up in a few days time, I think I should have my very first edition of the weekly column called F1 Pit Buzz out by tomorrow night… should be interesting, a column coming from me… someone who’s been watching F1 for quite some time now… it didn’t help that back then (before Malaysia got really involved in it, can’t even remember when liao…) that F1 isn’t actually very much a followed sport on TV… so I was not quite exposed to it.. but ever since I’ve gotten interested in F1, I learned a lot of it really - especially the technical aspects of it… maybe that’s why my dad likes watching F1 with me at home, I can be his technical commentator…
So stay tuned for that! Should be out by Wed or Thu night on this very website…
